Rosfinmonitoring recognized the man who attacked the child in a hat with the letter Z as a terrorist

A resident of Yekaterinburg, convicted in 2023 for assaulting a child wearing a hat with the letter Z, was added to the list of terrorists and extremists. This follows from the data on the Rosfinmonitoring website on August 14.

"The list of terrorists and extremists (included) ... Individuals ... Neustroev Alexander Evgenievich*, born on 03/15/1966, the city of Talitsa, Sverdlovsk region," the list says.
