Two adults and a child were injured in an accident in Pskov

In Pskov, as a result of a collision of oncoming cars, three people were injured, including a child. This was reported to the Pskov news feed by the press service of the Russian State Traffic Inspectorate for the Pskov region.

The accident occurred on Wednesday evening, August 13, at the intersection of Leningradskoye and Krestovskoye highways. According to the traffic police, the 28-year-old Kia driver, when turning left, did not give way to the Skoda Octavia, which was moving along the main road.

As a result of the collision, a 69-year-old Skoda passenger was injured, she was hospitalized, as well as a nine-year-old boy who was in the same car. The doctor examined the student and released him. In addition, the Kia driver was injured, but he did not require hospitalization.

In total, 350 road accidents occurred on the country's roads over the past day, in which 17 people were killed and 402 injured. 71 accidents involving minors were registered, 77 young road users were injured, including 28 passengers, 23 pedestrians, nine cyclists and 13 drivers.
