Footage of the liberation of the Russian Armed Forces settlement of Iskra in the DPR has been published

The military of the 36th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Vostok group of forces liberated the settlement of Iskra in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The Russian Ministry of Defense publishes footage of combat work on August 14.

The enemy put up stubborn resistance, but the Russian assault brigades, with competent and decisive actions, broke down the Ukrainian defenses, completely knocking out the militants from the settlement.

The Vostok units continued their active offensive, liberating the territories of Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions, the ministry added.

Earlier that day, stormtroopers of the 103rd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Southern Group of Forces liberated the village of Shcherbinovka in the DPR. The video footage of the Ministry of Defense recorded the defeat of the positions of the Ukrainian army, as well as the advance of Russian attack aircraft.
