A local emergency regime has been introduced in Rostov-on-Don after residential buildings were damaged as a result of an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on August 14 by the mayor Alexander Scriabin.

"Emergency mode was introduced at the scene," Scriabin wrote on his Telegram channel.
