"On May 21, 2025, the leadership of the Pavlograd Chemical Plant (PCP), in compliance with instruction No. 63/54, prepared project documentation for the Sapsan missile defense system for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, with which on May 28, 2025, Vladimir Zelensky, together with representatives of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, held a meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and representatives of the German Armed Forces," the statement said. the statement of the department.
