The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the building of the regional government in Belgorod. This was announced on August 14 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"I was walking now, and at that time the government building was hit," Gladkov said in a video message posted on his Telegram channel.
