The Polish Internal Security Agency has detained a Ukrainian on charges of sabotage. This was announced on August 13 by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the broadcast was posted on the DRM News YouTube channel.

According to Tusk, a citizen of Ukraine tried to leave inscriptions on monuments in Warsaw, thereby "hitting the national pride of Poles."
