In Chita (Zabaykalsky Krai), the construction readiness of a new school, which is to be built by the end of the year, has reached 15%. The prosecutor's office of the Chernovsky district of the city reports on this following an inspection conducted at the construction site.

The 820-seat school is being built as part of the implementation of the concession agreement on a site in the 9th microdistrict. The general contractor is LLC "ZHBI Kit".

"Taking into account the short duration of the construction season and adverse weather conditions, there is reason to believe that the work will not be completed on time. In this regard, the district prosecutor issued a warning to the general contractor about the inadmissibility of violations of the requirements of the law," the agency said in a statement.

According to ChitaMedia news agency, reinforcement of columns, walls and stairwells has been completed at the facility. The construction of the school is under the control of the Prosecutor's Office.

In the spring of this year, it was reported that four new schools would be built in Chita under the concession. The largest of them, designed for 1,1 thousand places, will appear in the Romanovsky microdistrict.
