Dates of the Fourth National Congress "National Healthcare" have been announced

On October 22-23, 2025, the 4th National Congress with international participation "National Healthcare" will be held, the event will be held in Moscow at the site of the National Center "Russia". The Congress will be organized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation. The organizing partner of the event is FSBI "TSNIIOIZ" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

The Congress is a key event for the professional community of healthcare managers, representatives of legislative and executive authorities at the federal and regional levels, and leading manufacturers of medical products.

"The Congress is not only a platform for the presentation of achievements in the field of healthcare, but also aimed at the development of inter-sectoral cooperation, direct communication between representatives of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The Congress brings together leaders of the healthcare sector, the non–profit sector, and the scientific community, whose work is aimed at achieving goals to improve the quality of life and well-being of citizens," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation.

The Congress will discuss the implementation of national and federal healthcare projects – their results and best regional practices, as well as the modernization of medical care management processes and financial sustainability issues.

"The Congress is the necessary platform for meetings and exchange of experience, which allows us to find the best practices in the field of healthcare, present them at the federal level and get the opportunity to scale them. The heads of the Ministries of health of all subjects of the Russian Federation take part in the work of the site, this is a unique opportunity to develop approaches to strengthening and developing regional health systems," said Mikhail Murashko, Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.

The program covers modern approaches to the management of medical infrastructure and drug provision, the digital transformation of the industry, including the use of artificial intelligence and data analysis technologies, as well as issues of health conservation and the promotion of healthy nutrition.

The Congress will become a platform for the exchange of experience and the search for solutions that are ready to scale today.
