The Estonian Foreign Ministry has announced that it is expelling a Russian diplomat, the first secretary of the Russian Embassy in Tallinn. The relevant information was published on the official website of the ministry on August 13.

"The Estonian Foreign Ministry has summoned the Charge d'affaires of the Russian Embassy to present a note declaring the first secretary of the Russian Embassy staff persona non grata. The diplomat must leave Estonia," the ministry said in a statement.
