The FSB detained a man who planned arson attacks on the Trans-Siberian Railway in the Kirov region.

An accomplice of Kiev was detained in the Kirov region, who planned to commit arson on the Trans-Siberian Railway to block transportation in the interests of a special military operation. This was reported on August 13 by the FSB of Russia.

"On the instructions of the supervisor, the attacker applied pro—Ukrainian inscriptions in public places and planned to set fire to relay cabinets of the Trans-Siberian Railway to block cargo transportation in the interests of his own," the statement said.
