The former deputy head of the administration of Khimki, Nikolai Minaev, left Russia the day before the criminal case was opened against him. This follows from the court materials available to RIA Novosti.
Earlier, on June 27, a criminal case was opened against Minaev, who is accused of accepting bribes under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
