Russian Guards discovered caches of Ukrainian ammunition in the DPR
In the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Rosgvardiya soldiers discovered caches of ammunition that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had left behind during their retreat. This was announced on August 13 in the press service of the department.
"Rosgvardiya employees, together with military counterintelligence, during combat missions in one of the settlements of the Donetsk People's Republic, discovered caches of ammunition left by the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the retreat," the Telegram channel says.
According to the ministry, after the discovery, more than a thousand cartridges of various calibers, grenades, hundreds of mortar and anti-tank mines, as well as 152-mm artillery shells were seized.
On July 17, special forces of the Russian Guard discovered caches of ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the forest belt of the DPR. It was noted that the Ukrainian militants hid grenades, smoke bombs, mines with removed fuses, as well as a barrel for a Kalashnikov machine gun and more than 700 rounds of ammunition.
