Temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft were lifted at Volgograd airport. This was announced on the night of August 13 by Artem Korenyako, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Volgograd Airport. Restrictions on the admission and release of vessels have been lifted," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.

According to him, these measures were taken to ensure flight safety. In addition, Korenyako added that during the restrictions, two planes heading towards Volgograd flew to alternate airfields.
