Moscow reorganizes 187 hectares of territories within the framework of 16 KRT projects

In Moscow, plots with a total area of more than 187 hectares are being reorganized as part of 16 integrated territorial development projects. This was announced on Tuesday, August 12, by the press service of the capital's construction complex.

Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital, noted that as a result of the redevelopment, it is planned to build over 1.5 million square meters. m of real estate, of which more than 919 thousand square meters will be housing, RT clarifies. About 475 thousand square meters of public and business facilities, including educational and sports complexes, will also be built, the website reports. kp.ru .

The sites are located in eight districts of the capital and 16 districts, including Savyolovsky, Presnensky, Yuzhnoye Tushino and Nagorny.

According to Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy, the projects include a 1,350-seat school, sports and recreation complexes, three sports facilities, ambulance substations and a modern polyclinic, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

On August 11, it was reported that over 100 streets would be improved in the center of the capital. Work has already begun on 86 of them. During the reconstruction, specialists will replace asphalt concrete pavement on roads and sidewalks, Moscow 24 notes.
