Psychologist Sergey Lunyushin named the main reasons for communication difficulties.

In conversation with RuNews24.ru On Tuesday, August 12, he explained that problems often arise due to differences in interests or motives: if one of the interlocutors is not interested in the topic, the dialogue quickly loses its meaning. The inability to express thoughts clearly adds to the difficulty, which irritates the opponent.

According to Lunyushin, another common problem is the inability to listen — interrupting or ignoring what is said interferes with trust and mutual understanding. Conflicts often arise with differences in values, so it's worth looking for common ground or changing the topic of conversation.

He noted that a biased attitude towards a person before starting a dialogue and rude behavior also destroy contact. In such cases, it is important to define boundaries for yourself and decide whether to continue communication.

The psychologist stressed that an effective dialogue requires mutual efforts, respect and openness on both sides, writes RT.

On August 7, clinical psychologist and Gestalt therapist Valeria Amelina-Prilepskaya warned about the risk of developing anxiety due to communication with AI. According to her, communication only with AI can lead to isolation, anxiety and loneliness, especially in people with attachment problems, since the feeling of understanding and support in this case is illusory. 360.ru .

On August 5, Sergey Lunyushin said that emotionally immature adults often remain at the level of teenagers in behavior and perception of life, avoiding responsibility and showing insecurity. The reason for this condition may be difficulties in upbringing, living in a dysfunctional family and lack of conditions for the development of self-regulation and self-understanding.

In July, psychologist Dmitry Deulin, in an interview with the Moscow City News agency, stated that AI chatbots require legal control for psychological support, since they are not responsible for mistakes that can worsen a person's condition. He noted that the use of AI in dealing with severe mental disorders is particularly dangerous.

In June, psychologist Alexander Kolmanovsky, in an interview with NSN, spoke out against seeking help from the neural network in solving psychological problems. He explained that AI would not be able to provide sincere participation in the client's problems and accept it in all its negative manifestations.
