78 TV channel became a participant of the Night of Light festival for the first time

This year, for the first time, 78 TV channel became a participant in the International Festival of Lighting and Media Art "Night of Light". The creative group "Team 78" will present its work on the Jordanian facade of the Gatchina Palace. The name of the room is "Two sides of the same city".

The Night of Light Festival will take place on August 28, 29 and 30 at the Gatchina State Museum-Reserve. The program of the event included more than 40 projects worked on by artists from Russia, Spain, France, Italy, Tunisia and China.

— I'm afraid to jinx it, but I feel that something really special is coming out. Gatchina will bring together players from a wide variety of fields: creative studios, media artists, architects, environmental and light designers — to create a unique creative route along the White Lake. We work with technological art in the complex space of the historical park, combining innovative projects with a rich history and culture," said Olga Arshanskaya, director of the festival.

The theme of the 2025 festival was "The Game". Participants explore it as a way of cognition, interaction, and transformation — from childhood fantasy to digital strategy. The route with a length of over 5 kilometers will take viewers through an exhibition of author's works — these are light installations, architectural mapping, media and even public art projects.

The festival will also feature LUCH studios, INTERSTELLAR, Highlights Studio, Digital Moss, Stain Studio, Ascreen, SHUM, PSI, SIGNATURA, media artists AIZEK (Serbia), Shihua MA (China), Yuri Elik, Mike Eve, Elyas Rebay (Tunisia), Dreamlaser, I SEE and many others.
