There may be prolonged communication and Internet outages in Sevastopol. This was announced on August 12 by the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.

"Now in Sevastopol, as in the entire Crimean Peninsula, the time periods of mobile Internet restrictions may increase," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
