In the Vladimir region, a musical marking appeared on the 144th km of the M12 Vostok toll highway. This was announced on August 12 by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin in his Telegram channel. He added that the first such marking in the Russian Federation was applied last year to the M-11 Neva.

"Now it is possible to drive under Kalinka-Malinka on the 144th km of the M-12 highway in the Vladimir region for those who travel from Moscow to Kazan...> I want to note that the main purpose of such a musical section is not entertainment at all. The markings help drivers stay awake at the wheel, increase their attention and will contribute to the main task of reducing the number of accidents," the Deputy Prime Minister stressed.

Earlier, on July 28, it became known that the government of the Moscow Region and the state-owned Avtodor company are considering a concession project for which a new understudy of the Shchelkovsky Highway will be built. The stand-in will take place next to the existing road and, as expected, will not affect the nature reserves and the Losiny Ostrov National Park.
