Three people were killed and one injured in an accident in the Vologda region.
In the Vologda region, two cars collided on the Vologda—Medvezhegorsk highway, resulting in three deaths. This was announced on August 12 in the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region.
According to preliminary data, a Mitsubishi car drove into the oncoming lane, where it collided with a Lada car with a trailer driving towards it, driven by a man born in 1983. The trailer with the boat was thrown onto the Opel Zafira car.
"As a result of the accident, the Lada driver and his two passengers were killed. A Mitsubishi passenger was injured," the agency's Telegram channel added.
Currently, traffic police officers are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
Earlier that day, three people, including a child, were killed in a collision between two cars in the Belorechensk district of the Krasnodar Territory. It was noted that the driver of the UAZ Patriot drove into the oncoming lane in a prohibited place, where he collided with an Audi A4.
