The Su-34 crew struck at the temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the special operation zone

The crew of a Su-34 fighter-bomber of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) struck a temporary deployment point of a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of responsibility of the South group of forces. This was announced on August 12 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry clarified that the strike was carried out at the specified coordinates. The fighter eliminated the enemy target with the help of aerial bombs with a universal planning and correction module (UMPC). After completing the task, the crew returned safely to the departure airfield.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported earlier that day that the crews of the Msta-B guns of the Ulyanovsk Guards Airborne Forces (Airborne Forces) destroyed control points for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and an accumulation of infantry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region.
