18 hunting and fishing violations were detected in the Murmansk region
In the Murmansk region, 18 violations of fishing and hunting rules have been identified over the past two weeks. This was announced on Tuesday, August 12, according to the press service of the regional Ministry of Natural Resources.
The raids took place with the participation of employees of the department, the regional Center for Forestry and Environmental Supervision and the North Sea Territorial Administration of Rosrybolovstvo with the participation of the FSB border department.
444 rounds of ammunition, eight hunting rifles and four fishing gear were seized from the poachers. Administrative cases have been initiated on all the facts, writes the Bi-Port news agency.
Some of the attackers were caught thanks to the vigilance of eyewitnesses. So, the fishermen were noticed by the residents of Luvenga. Inspectors arrived at the site and seized fishing nets 60 m long.
