Yandex Market talked about the minimum prices for the iPhone before the fall presentation

On August 12, Yandex Market analyzed the dynamics of iPhone prices and found out that in July and August, a month before the annual presentation of the new line, the cost of models reaches an annual minimum. During this period, the rate of decline reaches up to 23% compared to January.

As specified, after the presentation, significant discounts on new models and previous generations are traditionally fixed in November, during the 11.11 sale.

The study notes that the price drop affects both last year's flagships and earlier generations. In August 2025, the cost of the iPhone 16 was 20% lower than January prices, the iPhone 15 — by 18%, the iPhone 14 — by 22%, and the iPhone 13 — by 23%. The company explained that the decrease is due to the expectation of the release of new products: before the presentation, some customers postpone the purchase, which leads to lower demand and prices.

In 2025, the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 15 and iPhone 13 became the most popular. These models hold their positions thanks to a combination of relevant features, recognizable design and attractive price offers.

According to the service, Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar Territory, Sverdlovsk Region and Tatarstan remain the leaders in iPhone purchases.
