Dmitriev responded to Callas' threats against Russia
The key to ending the conflict in Ukraine is dialogue and cooperation. This was announced on August 11 by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for cooperation with foreign countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).
"The conflict is being resolved through dialogue and cooperation, and those who adhere to the "unsuccessful" approaches of former US President Joe Biden are doomed to failure," Dmitriev commented on Callas' statement on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
Thus, he commented on the words of the head of the diplomatic service of the European Union (EU), Kai Kallas, about the suppression of "aggression" allegedly emanating from Russia against Europe.
