In the Rostov region, a fine was imposed on photo and video filming of attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on August 11 on the website of the regional government.

"A ban is being imposed on photography, video and film filming, as well as publication on the Internet or the media of the process or consequences of the use of missile weapons, unmanned aerial vehicles," the message says.
