On August 11, inventor Eduard Mymrin and actor Ivan Okhlobystin presented an evacuation buggy to military medic Arslan with the call sign Cap, who saved almost 1,000 soldiers from the battlefield.

Arslan is the commander of the evacuation group and has been in the special operation zone since 2023. He went to the front after his wife, a military medic. He saved almost 1,000 people in his area, but Arslan is currently undergoing treatment in a Moscow hospital, as he was seriously injured and his buggy burned to the ground.

"I had four buggies and they all burned down. On the first one, we went in for reconnaissance and hit a mine, the second one was hit by a kamikaze drone. The rest were either hit by a mortar or hit by shrapnel," said a military medic.

Knowing about the commander's history, the Popular Front decided to give him a new car to evacuate the wounded.

"Our dear man, God bless you! For some, this car of yours will be a salvation. There is no one more important right now than our warriors, who are now in the free zone. All the most important events take place there, and history is being made there for centuries to come," Okhlobystin said.

In turn, Mymrin noted that the new car will move on any off—road terrain and in 10 to 20 seconds the wounded can be loaded into the car. He also demonstrated to Arslan and Ivan Okhlobystin the possibilities of his invention: Cap rode in the car in the passenger seat, and the famous artist rode right in the back.

According to Cap, evacuation brigades are a "tasty target" for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and operators of Ukrainian drones are hitting such vehicles with particular ferocity.

The collection of "Military medics" continues, with the funds raised to purchase vehicles for the evacuation of the wounded, buggies, medical equipment, medicines and everything necessary for the work of evacuation groups in the military area.

On June 12, it was reported that the Popular Front had handed over 300 motorcycles to the soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces (RF Armed Forces) on Russia Day on Thursday, June 12. The assistance was provided thanks to the support of Russians who actively participate in the nationwide gathering under the motto "Everything for Victory!".
