In Chita, passage for vehicles along 1st Zabaikalskaya Street was closed for an indefinite period. This is due to the collapse of the former dormitory building, the press service of the mayor's office reports.

According to the ChitaMedia news agency, traffic has been blocked since August 10 so that the townspeople would not be in dangerous territory. The restrictions will last until a decision is made to dismantle the facility.
