A Russian citizen who jumped off a transit passenger train in Lithuania in July was detained by law enforcement agencies in a third country. Lithuanian Prosecutor General Nida Grunskene told reporters about this on August 11.
"We have only primary information that the Russian who jumped off the train has been detained, but in another country," she said.
