A 26-year-old girl drowned near the central embankment of Yevpatoria. Her body was found at a depth of three meters, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Crimea reported on Monday, August 11.

The tragedy occurred on Saturday, August 9th. She went swimming early in the morning, but did not return to the shore. At that time, the weather was calm, the wind speed was 2 m/s.

Divers lifted the girl's body to dry land in the presence of GIMS inspectors of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The cause of her death will be determined by a forensic medical examination.
