PetroNeft, an oil producer in Russia, announced its self-liquidation

The shareholders of the Irish PetroNeft Resources, which previously produced oil in the Tomsk region, decided to liquidate it. The relevant information was published on the company's official website on August 11.

"The company must be voluntarily liquidated as a voluntary liquidation of the Participants and that Mr. David Van Dessel of VANDESSEL-REORG (Liquidator) has given his prior consent to these actions," the publication says.
