The US Permanent Representative to NATO called on Ukraine to end the conflict

NATO, against the background of the statement by the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, on the rejection of territorial concessions, emphasizes that both sides of the current conflict must agree to end it. This was announced on August 10 by the American permanent representative to NATO Matthew Whitaker.

"Both sides must agree to end this <conflict>. We need it to end. We could have saved thousands of lives thanks to the agreement," Whitaker told CNN.
