Putin discussed cooperation in the CSTO with Japarov

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with his Kyrgyz counterpart Sadir Japarov, the leaders discussed cooperation in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). This was announced on Sunday, August 10, by the Kremlin's press service.

"A number of topical issues of bilateral cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, as well as interaction within the framework of integration associations, including the CSTO, were discussed," the Kremlin's Telegram channel wrote.

In addition, Putin told Japarov about the planned meeting with American leader Donald Trump.
