Roscosmos has published images of the Klyuchevskaya Sopka volcano eruption in Kamchatka.

On August 10, Roscosmos published satellite images of the Klyuchevskaya Sopka volcano eruption in Kamchatka. The footage was posted on the official Telegram channel of the state corporation.

"Roscosmos satellites continue to monitor the eruption of the Klyuchevskaya Sopka volcano," the publication says.

The published footage shows the smoke plume of the volcano.

Earlier in the day, Klyuchevskaya volcano released ash up to a height of 10 km. The ash plume stretches 460 km east-northeast of the volcano.
