This was announced on August 9 by Grigory Karasin, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs.
"It is no coincidence that Von Der Leyen continues to talk about the breakdown of relations with Moscow "forever." NATO leader Rutte is also actively parasitizing on this topic," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
