Residents of the Kharkiv region began to sell housing at a low price
Civilians in the Izyumsky, Kupyansky and Chuguevsky districts of the Kharkiv region, which are considered frontline areas, began selling residential premises at a low cost. This was reported on August 9 by RIA Novosti.
According to them, the extremely low price in the ads is associated with the advancement of the front line and the growing tension in the region. So, in the village of Bugaevka, Chuguevsky district, a one—room apartment can be purchased for 165 thousand hryvnias (319 thousand rubles), and a two-room apartment in Vysochinovka - for 330.6 thousand hryvnias (638 thousand rubles).
The largest number of ads in the Chuguevsky district came from Stary Saltov. It is specified that an apartment with three rooms in this locality will cost $ 11 thousand (878 thousand rubles), and the cost of private housing construction varies from $ 2.5 to $ 4.5 thousand (from 199.5 to 359 thousand rubles).
