Yemeni Houthis announced an attack on Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv

The Houthis from the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement attacked the Israeli Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv and two other facilities using three unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was reported in the Telegram channel of the movement on Friday, August 8.

"The statement of the Yemeni Armed Forces regarding the attack on Lod Airport (Ben Gurion Airport. — Ed.) in Jaffa, as well as on two important targets in the areas of Beersheba and Ashkelon with three drones," said Yahya Saria, a military representative of the movement.

Earlier, on August 5, it was reported that Ben Gurion Airport was attacked by the Ansar Allah movement using a hypersonic ballistic missile.

Prior to that, on August 1, Yahya Saria also stated that the Yemeni movement attacked Ben Gurion Airport with a hypersonic ballistic missile. It was noted that the attack was carried out using a Palestine-2 type missile.
