The Ministry of Health of the CBD reported on the condition of the injured in the cable car breakage in Nalchik

The condition of the victims of the cable car breakage in the city of Nalchik in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic is assessed as moderate. This was announced on Friday, August 8, by the Ministry of Health of the region.

"As a result of the cable car breakage in Nalchik, six victims were admitted to the republican clinical hospital," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is specified that psychologists are working with the victims, providing the necessary assistance. The Minister of Health of the region, Rustam Kalibatov, is also at the scene of the incident.

The cable car broke earlier in the day. A criminal case was opened into the incident under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers, which negligently caused serious harm").
