In the Belgorod region, two civilians were injured as a result of drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on villages. This was announced on August 8 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"Two civilians were injured by drone strikes from the Ukrainian Armed Forces," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, a woman was injured in the village of Kazinka due to a detonated Ukrainian drone. She went to the district hospital herself, where the victim was diagnosed with barotrauma.

The governor also added that in the area of the village of Ustinka, an enemy FPV drone attacked a car, as a result of which a man was injured. He was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds to his body.

Earlier that day, Acting Governor of the Kursk region Alexander Khinshtein reported that a resident of Zvyagin farm in the Rylsky district was injured as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It was noted that the woman was diagnosed with minor arm injuries and received medical attention.
