The Russian brand Tenet showed the second model

The line of the new Tenet brand has been expanded by the second crossover, the mid—size T7. This is reported in the company's press release, which was received by Izvestia on August 8.

The T7 with a wheelbase of 2670 mm is equipped with a turbocharged 1.6 L (150 hp) gasoline engine with a robotic 7-speed transmission. The declared consumption is 6.2 liters per 100 km.

The car is equipped with six airbags, matrix LED headlights, two 12.3-inch full-color HD screens, a multimedia system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, all-round cameras, dual-zone climate control, and a Sony audio system.

It is emphasized that the Tenet T7 crossover was created with a deep understanding of the Russian climate. The "winter" package includes heating of the entire surface of the windshield and rear windows, washer nozzles, exterior mirrors, steering wheel and all seats.

Thanks to the Tenet Remote telematics system, you can remotely find out about the condition of the car, start the engine, climate control systems, seat and window heaters, perform online diagnostics and sign up for the service.

Prices for the T7 and the start date of sales will be announced later.

On July 23, it became known that the AGR Holding plant in Kaluga, where Volkswagen cars were previously manufactured, had completed the preparation of the paint shop for the serial production of cars of the new Russian brand Tenet. In the near future, the company will begin production of full-cycle machines. AGR representatives said that the main work in the preparation of paint and varnish production was focused on adapting the equipment to the design features of the new car, taking into account the requirements of Russian operating conditions.
