Sobyanin announced the opening of a new polyclinic in Kommunarka
The construction of a new branch of the Troitskaya polyclinic has been completed in Kommunarka. The building fully complies with the new Moscow standard, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.
"We continue to develop the medical infrastructure in the TiNAO — step by step we are bringing high—quality medical care to every home," Sobyanin wrote on the Telegram channel. This is the second branch under the new standard in the area. Doctors of the new polyclinic are already receiving patients, the mayor noted.
Spacious classrooms, waiting areas with upholstered furniture, coolers and information desks have been designed for the convenience of staff and visitors. The building is adapted for people with limited mobility. The surrounding area has also been landscaped. Benches have been set up next to the clinic, lawns have been laid out, and shrubs have been planted.
In May, Sobyanin told the Russian president about the modernization of Moscow polyclinics. The implementation of the polyclinic modernization program according to the new standard began in 2020. According to the mayor of the capital, 85% of medical institutions have already been upgraded according to the new standard.
