Zelenograd is implementing 10 large-scale investment projects in the industrial sector. This was announced on Thursday, August 7, by the Moscow City Planning and Construction Complex.
Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor for Urban Planning Policy, clarified that the city has provided investors with 43.6 hectares of land where an industrial park and production complexes for the production of building materials, clothing, furniture, off-road campers and other products will appear. The volume of investments will exceed 23 billion rubles, NSN notes.
According to Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry, the total area of the new facilities will be about 380 thousand square meters, and the number of jobs will be 2.6 thousand, writes RT. He noted that such projects contribute to the development of high-tech industries and create additional employment opportunities, according to the Moscow City News Agency.
Ekaterina Solovyova, head of the City Property Department, said that in the Eastern Communal Zone, the investor has allocated more than 17 hectares for a complex with an area of over 80 thousand square meters, where facade materials, architectural glass, aerated concrete blocks and metal structures will be produced. The land is provided at a discounted rate of 1 ruble per year, Moscow 24 notes.
Mobile homes will also be manufactured on a 1-hectare site near Sosnovaya Alley and Firsanovskoye Highway, and a complex for clothing, cosmetics, furniture and household goods will be built on 1.1 hectares in 707th Passage.
