It is planned to build almost 360 thousand square meters of housing in Cheryomushki as part of the redevelopment of four sites under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced on Thursday, August 7, by the press service of the Moscow Urban Planning and Construction Complex.

Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital, noted that the construction will take place on Kakhovka and Khersonskaya streets, in Nauchny Passage and on the territory of the former industrial zone "Quarter 25A", NSN clarifies. New buildings with retail, catering and services facilities, as well as public and business infrastructure facilities will be built on the 11.6-hectare site. Over 820 jobs will be created under the project, Moscow 24 writes.

Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy, said that the area of the apartments will be about 219 thousand square meters, which will provide housing for about 8 thousand people, the website reports. kp.ru .
