As a result of the collision of two motorcycles in the village of Podkumok, Stavropol Territory, three minors were injured. This was reported on August 7 at the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

The accident occurred at about 17:00 Moscow time on Zheleznodorozhnaya Street. According to preliminary data, a 15-year-old Himoto motorcycle driver, moving at an unsafe speed, lost control and collided with a Kayo motorcycle.

"As a result, the 15-year-old driver and passenger, as well as the 16—year-old driver of another motorcycle, were taken to the intensive care and trauma departments of Pyatigorsk and Kislovodsk hospitals with serious injuries," the traffic police Telegram channel noted.

All the participants were wearing motorcycle helmets, but this did not protect them from serious damage. It is specified that both drivers were not allowed to drive motor vehicles due to their age. Traffic police officers and an investigative task force are working at the site. All the circumstances of the incident are being established.

On the same day, seven minors were injured in a car rollover accident in Tuva. It was clarified that as a result of the accident, two 16-year-olds, four 15-year-olds and one 10-year-old child were injured.
