Sergunina spoke about popular services on the online portal of Moscow

Over the past six months, Muscovites have used the services on the portal almost 550 million times. mos.ru , said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

"The number of requests to online services on the capital's portal is growing every year. From January to June, their demand increased by a third compared to the same period in 2024," Sergunina said.

The electronic medical card has become the leader in popularity since the beginning of the year. In the first six months, she was contacted almost 269 million times on the city portal. In second place is the Electronic Schoolboy's Diary service (more than 150 million requests), in third place is the service for transmitting readings of water and heat meters (about 50 million).

Total on mos.ru Over 450 digital services and services are available. They can be used to transfer meter readings, make an appointment with a doctor, join creative clubs and sports clubs, book a book in the library, and solve other everyday tasks. They are used on average about 2 million times every day. In total, over 5 billion requests have been recorded since 2011.

In May of this year, Moscow won the Grand Prix of the National Smart City Award for the third time. The award was given to 20 metropolitan projects. These include the Learn Moscow app, the IT City internship program at the Moscow government, and the Mosbilet system.

In March, six urban projects won the national Digital Peaks Award. Among them are the Moskino film platform, an artificial intelligence—based service for learning mathematics, and the Moscow Team mobile application.
