Following the meeting between US President Donald Trump and the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev, a peace agreement will be signed that will give Washington exclusive rights to develop a transport corridor through the South Caucasus. On August 7, Reuters writes about this, citing data from American officials.

According to one of them, the signing of the document to achieve a "concrete path to peace" should take place on August 8 at the White House. The transport corridor is planned to be called the "Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity."
