Two people were injured when an APU drone hit a car in the Belgorod region.

As a result of an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a passenger car in the Shebekinsky district of the Belgorod region, two civilians were injured. This was announced on August 7 by Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Belgorod Region.

"On the section of the highway between the villages of Surkovo and Belyaka, a passenger car was attacked by a drone. A married couple was injured," follows from the Telegram channel.

It is specified that the victims were hospitalized in the Shebekinsky CRH. According to the head of the region, the man has a mine-explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to his arm, his wife has a mine—explosive injury and a non-penetrating shrapnel wound to her head. At the moment, doctors are providing them with the necessary medical care.

Due to the shortage, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are armed with cheap submachine guns of their own design.

Earlier in the day, an elderly couple born in 1956 and 1955 were injured in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) in the suburb of Svatovo due to an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on a civilian car. They were taken to the hospital with mine-blast injuries.
