Starting from September 1 of this year, employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) will be required to wear video cameras on their bodies during the verification of military personnel's documents and the delivery of summonses. This was announced on August 7 by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denis Shmygal.

"Since September 1, all employees of the shopping mall <... They are required to wear body cameras and take video recordings while checking documents or serving summonses," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

It is noted that for non-compliance with the rules of wearing video recorders, disciplinary liability is provided for employees of the shopping center.

According to the minister, currently 85% of military registration and enlistment offices are equipped with means of fixation. Shmyhal clarified that such measures would ensure the legality of the TCC's activities, as well as protect the rights of both sides when interacting.

On August 4, the Financial Times newspaper stated that resistance to violent mobilization is growing in Ukraine and attacks on shopping mall employees are increasing. According to the newspaper, against this background, Kiev is trying to encourage voluntary service, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) complain about the depletion of units and the shortage of personnel.
