Technopark to be built in Moscow under the KRT program
An area of 8.97 hectares is being reorganized in the Maryino district in the south-east of Moscow under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced on Wednesday, August 6, by the press service of the urban development policy complex of the capital.
It is planned to build a scientific and production infrastructure with an area of 74.5 thousand square meters on the site of the former industrial zone to accommodate a technopark, Moscow 24 reports. Investments in the project will amount to 13.7 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect will be about 505 million rubles. More than 1,000 jobs will be created, writes RT.
The territory is located near the Maryino, Bratislava metro stations and the MCD-2 Pererva station, NSN notes. The project also includes landscaping and the creation of a modern road network. The implementation will take six years, according to the Moscow City News Agency.
