Putin took part in the opening of new facilities in the regions of Russia via video link

On August 6, Russian President Vladimir Putin participated via video link in the opening of new infrastructure and social facilities in Dagestan, Chelyabinsk and Bryansk regions, as well as in Perm and Khabarovsk Territories.

Among the open facilities are a new 604—seat school in the Dagestani village of Shamkhal and a 120-seat kindergarten in Kopeisk, Chelyabinsk region. Both educational organizations will start operating from the 2025-2026 academic year.

A new zoo has opened in Perm, covering 25 hectares, with five aviary complexes, as well as a contact zoo and an aquaterrarium. The second stage of construction of the 2.8 km Amur River embankment has been completed in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, and the walking area has already begun to receive its first visitors.

In the Bryansk region, major repairs of the overpass over the railway tracks in the city of Unecha have been completed, which will provide a connection to the federal highway and other areas of the region. It is expected that traffic on the renovated section will be launched immediately after the opening.
