"As president of Poland, I will do everything possible to create in the coming years a Polish army of at least 300,000 people, which will become the strongest NATO army in Europe," the Interia portal quoted Navrotsky as saying after the ceremony of assuming command of the Polish Armed Forces.

"I believe in this and I will do my best to make it happen," Navrotsky said.
